Identity verification and registration
In accordance with regulations, ordering fireworks requires:
- A registration in our register of fireworks buyers .
- A verification of your identity at the time of order confirmation.
After confirming your order, a secure window will ask you to send a copy of your identity document (ID card, passport or driver's license). This process is managed by our partner GetVerdict.com , guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of your information.
ADR delivery information
Delivery times for fireworks are generally 2 to 3 business days after order processing. This delivery method complies with ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods) standards.

Return of fireworks
Returned fireworks are subject to the same conditions as other items:
- Log in to your account to request a return. Once your request is accepted, a return slip will be sent to you.
- Return costs for ADR products are equivalent to the initial delivery rate (from €13.20 depending on weight and volume).
Please note: Products must be new, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
