Where can we deliver?

The products available excluding artifices on the Farfouil en fête site can be delivered to Metropolitan France, Monaco, Dom-Tom, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland*, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna under certain financial conditions referred to below, in Europe and in the world in general.

Fireworks products can only be delivered in Metropolitan France under specific conditions.

When is your order shipped?

Any order placed whose products are in stock on the Farfouil en fête site before 12:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to payment validation. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Any order whose products are in Pre-order must be subject to an additional period of 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), in fact, the products are ordered from the manufacturer, these orders are accepted under subject to availability at the manufacturer, the customer will be informed of the availability of the product within 7 days maximum.

Any modification of the delivery address can be made at most 30 minutes after validation of the payment.

After this time, your package will be delivered to the address you indicated when validating your order. However, you can contact the carrier concerned, as soon as you have received your shipping confirmation email mentioning your package tracking number.

However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be taken into account.

What are the different delivery methods?

Parcels are entrusted in France to Mondial Relay, then this carrier delivers the parcel to the Hermes network, which is responsible for delivering your order.

Your parcel is delivered to the French post network which generally entrusts them to the post office of your country or a third-party carrier depending on the partnerships.
