Refund policy
To make an exchange or return:
1. Go to the Return an order section located at the bottom of the page within 14 days of receipt of the package or click here. You will need to indicate your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.
2. You must return the product(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return request.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box, perfectly intact. A disguise can of course be worn to be tried on but must be returned perfectly in its protective packaging if it is not suitable, with its cardboard visual. We inform you that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item on our premises if the return conditions have been respected.
In the event that the returned product(s) do not comply with the return conditions set out above, a check for €5.90 will be requested from the customer if they wish to recover their item(s).
Exchange procedure:
- Exchanges are only possible for orders delivered in mainland France, including Corsica.
- For orders outside these areas, you will have to make a standard refund request.
1. An exchange request can only be made for one or more products offering a different choice of size(s) or color(s). For any other article, the exchange will not be possible, the customer will have to make a classic request for reimbursement and can if he wishes to redo a new order through our site.
2. If the article is exchangeable, if it is intact in its original packaging, if it is returned within 14 days and that our stocks allow it, then we will send you the desired article free of charge by the same method. transport and to the same delivery address chosen in the initial order.
3. We undertake to process your requests as quickly as possible and to send you the new article within 3 days once your article has been received. Indeed we will not be able to send you an exchange until we have received the article to be exchanged.
