HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
1. Go to the Return an order section located at the bottom of the page within 14 days of receipt of the package or click here . You will need to indicate your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.
2. You must return the product(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return request.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box, perfectly intact. A disguise can of course be worn to be tried on but must be returned perfectly in its protective packaging if it is not suitable, with its cardboard visual. We inform you that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can print a return label, in this case we deduct €5.90 from the refund, this is not mandatory, you can return the product using the method of your choice.
3. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item on our premises if the return conditions have been respected.
In the event that the returned product(s) do not comply with the return conditions set out above, a check for €5.90 will be requested from the customer if they wish to recover their item(s).
