Information on Delivery Times and Costs
Delivery dates are indicated for each product directly on its sheet.
Products on deposit are in stock at the manufacturer and require an additional 3 to 8 days of processing time to arrive at our premises before shipping.
Please note: Carriers always display a standard delivery time in the basket, which does not take into account the transfer time between the manufacturer and our premises.
This timeframe may vary depending on the carrier chosen: the faster it is, the closer the delivery will be to the earliest date indicated on the product sheet.

Important information

How to return an item?
- Go to the "Return an order" section at the bottom of the page within 14 days of receiving your package, or click here . Include your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.
- Send the product(s) no later than 14 days after making the return request.
- Returned products must be new , unused, and in their original packaging, perfectly intact. For example, costumes can be tried on but must be returned in their protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A prepaid label can be requested for €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refund: Once the item has been received and checked at our premises, we will proceed with the refund if the return conditions have been met.
